Many companies will sell you a policy and you will never hear from them again. On the contrary, KF Financial provides continuing service and support to our clients long after we issue and deliver their policies.
Here is what you can expect from us:
- Claims support. We will assist you throughout the entire claims process to be assured that your claim is paid to you in a timely manner. We want to help make this process as smooth as possible.
- We are here to assist you as your situation changes. If you change jobs, get a raise, start a business, have a change in health, have a child, or any other circumstance, just ask us what we can do to update your coverage.
- Annual review. We send out an annual review letter to make sure we have all of your updated information and to keep in touch with you. It is important to let us know if you have moved, changed banks (if you are on an automatic payment plan) or have a change of phone numbers, e-mail, etc. That way, we can make sure your file is up to date. You wouldnt want to let your policy lapse because your address expired and you never received your premium notice!
- Notification of changes that might affect you. We inform our clients if there are any changes in the industry that might relate to their situation or have an effect on them.
